Orders from Greece

• In Greece, orders are shipped with the courier ACS, with a charge of €3.50 (delivery time 1-4 business days). Shipping is free for the rest of Greece on orders over €40.
• In remote areas, orders are shipped with the courier ACS, with a charge of €7 (delivery time 3-5 business days). Shipping is free for remote areas on orders over €40.

The cost of the cash-on-delivery service is €3.00.

Orders from Cyprus

• Shipping with DHL, with a charge of €20-25 (delivery time 3-5 business days).
• Shipping with courier ACS, with a charge of €15 (delivery time 4-10 business days).

Shipping is free on orders over €100.

Cash-on-delivery service is not available for shipments to Cyprus.

Orders from countries within the European Union

• Shipping with DHL, with a charge of €20-25 (delivery time 3-5 business days). Shipping is free on orders over €150. Cash-on-delivery service is not available for shipments outside Greece.
• Shipping with ELTA, with a charge of €11 (delivery time 4-10 business days). Shipping is free on orders over €100. Cash-on-delivery service is not available for shipments outside Greece.

Orders from countries outside the European Union

• Shipping with DHL, with a charge of €35 (delivery time 3-10 business days). Shipping is free on orders over €250. Cash-on-delivery service is not available for shipments outside Greece.
• Shipping with ELTA, with a charge of €11 (delivery time 4-15 business days). Shipping is free on orders over €100. Cash-on-delivery service is not available for shipments outside Greece.

ATTENTION

For "Orders from countries outside the European Union" (Category D), customs clearance of the products in the destination country constitutes an additional cost and is the responsibility of the recipient. The charge is calculated differently for each country, based on the taxes applied by its customs authorities.

Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery

Payment upon receipt of the order. The courier company employee will deliver the order to you once they have received the corresponding payment for the package.

This service is available only for shipments within Greece.

For better service, please include your name and the order number when making the payment transfer.

Returns - Replacements

To ensure your return request is accepted, each product to be returned must:

1. Be in its original excellent condition, unused, and in its packaging.
2. Have been received, inspected, and approved by the company.
3. Be accompanied by the original receipt and all other purchase documents.

If the above conditions are met, we are obligated to refund the amount you paid within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned order.

Upon receiving your product, we recommend that you personally inspect the item and confirm that its packaging remains intact.

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request an exchange for other products strictly within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the order.

In this case, you will be responsible for:

• The transportation costs of the products with a courier company.
• The insurance costs.
• Customs clearance fees for countries outside the European Union.
  

If the exchanged product is of lower value than your original order, we will not refund the difference. The monetary difference will be credited to your account for future purchases.

The process is as follows:

• You will then receive the "Product Exchange Form," which you will need to complete.
• Send the completed form via email to judes.marian@gmail.com.
  

Necessary conditions for your application to be accepted are that each product to be exchanged must:

1. It is in its original excellent condition, intact and unused, inside the packaging.
2. It has been received, inspected, and approved by the company.
3. It must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and all other relevant documents.

Upon receiving the product, we recommend that you personally inspect it and confirm that its packaging remains intact.

Exchanging products that have already been exchanged is not permitted.
