Airbnb Room
The challenge of this particular space was the installation of the beam on the ceiling, which was very close to the window opening, resulting in a rather awkward division of the room (see photo below).

Thus, we "shaped" the ceiling and transformed the space by utilizing the flexibility of hidden lighting and providing an innovative way to divide the room with dual functionality. On one side, it serves as a television stand, while on the other, it functions as a makeup room and auxiliary space, as you can see in the images.

An additional element of the space division is the use of materials, where the wood from the wardrobe extends onto the ceiling of the makeup room. This not only creates the illusion of space extension but also playfully and clearly separates it from the rest of the room.

Our client's request was to create hidden storage areas integrated into the room. On the other side of the space, there were two openings leading to the bathroom, so we took a few centimeters from the room to create depth for shelving. We then aligned the doors of the two openings with the wardrobe panels, giving the impression of a continuous surface, like a wall, while in reality, behind it are shelves and bathroom and storage areas.
